WEEKLY HIGHLIGHTS FOR WEEK ENDING 1 SEPTEMBER 2000:
PAYLOAD HIGHLIGHT
The gyroscope replacement team has completed all operations associated with the replacement of flight gyroscope #4. The operations completed in this
past week include the connection of the readout cable to the associated SQUID, the connection of gyroscope UV cables to Probe C, the suspension and
instrumentation cable checkout, epoxy staking, and the final inspection of the SIA. The next step is to integrate the vaccum can onto the probe. The
team members involved in this work were Paul Bayer, Ken Bower, Bruce Clarke, Chris Gray, Russ Leese, Ming Luo, and Barry Muhlfelder.

SPACE VEHICLE HIGHLIGHT
The flight spare Solar Array Deployment Mechanism (SADM), S/N-002 succesfully completed its Acceptance Data Review (ADR) in LM B/255 on 8/21/2000.
