TIMELINE AND CONTINGENCY PROCEDURES MAKE GOOD PROGRESS
All but one of the more than 60 operations procedures needed to implement IOC are now complete. The final procedure (a non-critical calibration procedure) is due by the end of the week. Contingency operations procedures are now more than 60 % complete with several additional contingency procedures in the final stages of sign off.
