WEEKLY HIGHLIGHTS FOR WEEK ENDING 15 NOVEMBER 2002:
CHAMBER AND VEHICLE IN FINAL PREPARATION FOR THERMAL VACUUM TEST
Final preparations are underway for the upcoming thermal vacuum test. The lamps, heaters, and thermometers are being installed into the
chamber and on to the vehicle. The plan is to complete these physical preparations, to then run the functional A and functional B tests next week,
and to then close the chamber door and start chamber pump down.

GSS TIMELINE EVENTS DEFINED THROUGH O HZ SPIN UP
The GSS team has completed the definition of the timeline events required for the upcoming GSS mini sim #1. These tasks include GSS power on, gyroscope
electrostatic caging, gyroscope levitation, gyroscope calibrations, snapshots, charge measurement, and gyroscope zero Hertz spin up. Many of the associated
templates have already been successfully run in the ITF.
SUCCESSFUL TRANSPORTATION REVIEW
The CDR was held for the transportation of the space vehicle to VAFB using the Super Guppy. Action items associated with this review are in-work.
