STANFORD HIGHLIGHT
The system integration team lead by Dr. Michael Taber has
succesfully
completed the insertion and alignment of flight
Probe C into the flight
Dewar. The next stage of this
operation will verify the functionality of
the Belleville
Preload System (BPS). After completion, the science
instrument
will be integrated into the probe, and final probe to Dewar

SPACE VEHICLE HIGHLIGHT
The Relativity Mission Attitude Reference Platform Release Mechanism
engineering unit has completed fabrication and is being assembled inbuilding 205 in Palo Alto. The mechanism mechanically restrains theattitude reference platform to the payload dewar during ascent to protectthe hardware. In space, the mechanism releases the attitude reference
platform, allowing spacecraft precision pointing to begin. The
engineering
unit it scheduled to begin functional testing in September.
