SPACE VEHICLE HIGHLIGHT
LMSS successfully conducted a ground system data flow test with NASA /TDRS facility at White Sands, New Mexico. Pre-recorded telemetry data was flowed from White Sands to the LMSS Integrated Test Facility Pod B in B205 over the NASA IONET. Commands were also successfully sent from ITF to White Sands. This test demonstrates GMOC ground software compatibility with NASA / TDRS and clears the way for a TDRS / Portable Antenna end-to-end test with the spacecraft RF equipment in July / August. Key personnel for this effort were Pete Carley and Bill Given.
