WEEKLY HIGHLIGHTS FOR WEEK ENDING 27 APRIL 2001:
PHASE C GYRO OPERATIONS COMPLETE
The payload test team has completed the phase C testing of gyroscope #4. The test results indicate that gyroscope #4 is flight worthy, however a
test anomaly associated with this gyroscope is under review. The gas and vacuum lines have been removed from the payload and the payload has been
rotated to a vertical orientation.
