One of the originators of the STEP experiment concept, 30 years experience relevant to STEP. Recognized leading authority on technical implementation of the STEP experiment. Dr. Worden has recently updated an end-to-end error analysis for the STEP experiment. As Deputy PI, with funding form NASA, he provides valuable guidance in the implementation of the STEP experiment based on his extensive ground experiments and analysis. He also chairs the Baseline Control Board (BCB). The BCB controls the configuration of the experiment baseline.
